Absolutely. Your permanent piece is welded closed using a jump ring, it does not weld to your skin. We use the highest quality machine on the market and the tiny spark that is generated does not reach high temperatures. We also provide protective eyewear and a leather layer between your skin and the jewellery.

Individuals with pacemakers should avoid getting Permanent Jewellery due to the welding process. While allergies to solid gold, sterling silver and gold filled are rare, those with known allergies should also refrain from getting permanent jewellery.

Yes, although we love the fact these bracelets are clasp-less, they can be removed with a pair of sharp scissors or we can do this for you at our studio. We can also add a clasp for a small charge.

Solid gold, sterling silver or gold filled should not impact an MRI scan, as it is not magnetic. However, some medical professionals ask you to remove all jewellery. If you welded jewellery needs to removed, simply cut the chain at the jump ring and it can be brought back to our studio and we can pop if back on for you FREE OF CHARGE.

If you break or misplace your chain, we are unable to provide a refund, due to the customised nature. However, we do offer a complimentary re-welding service for LIFE of your chain breaks, or has to be removed. If your jewellery breaks and you lose the chain within 30 days of purchase, we will replace the chain for free (with proof of purchase). Please note we are not liable for any lost chains after the 30 day period.
